The VPL pool is tentatively scheduled to open on Saturday, May 25, 2024, at 12:00 P.M. *pending work completion-if delayed look for a posting on the pool fence for updates.
All owners who wish to use the pool must complete the 2024 Pool Registration Form and Covid Waiver Form (which will be included with the Pool Registration Form).
Renters who wish to use the pool must complete the 2024 Pool Registration Form and sign an acknowledgment of the Rules and Regulations. The owner of the property must also fill out the registration form and also sign acknowledging the Rules.
The pool will be for owners and their guests only. Owners are responsible for the conduct of their guests and any damages that arise. *See Rules for guest limits.
The pool key will be new this year, and owners must fill out ALL pages and initial of the paperwork and be in good standing to receive a key. (It takes three business days to process forms-from when the board received them). There is a $25 fee to replace a lost key.
ANY person caught climbing the fence or accessing the pool without a key or forms being filled out received will be in voilation of the pool rules and will immediately have pool privileges revoked for the remainer of the season.
The pool restrooms will be open only if we have volunteer pool monitors for that week. No monitors = no pool restrooms.

o No guest allowed at the pool between 11 PM and 7 AM. The pool will remain open during that time for OWNERS only- no guest.

Authority to Enforce
The Village at Pebble Lake Townhouse Owners’ Association Board of Directors is establishing and implementing the following rules and regulations for the benefit of all members and guests (Pebble Lake By-laws, Article 4.11. f.). It is the responsibility of each pool patron and guest to know the rules and regulations and to ensure compliance for the benefit of all patrons.
The Board of Directors has the authority to suspend the pool privileges of any member not current on payment of assessments or for any continuing violation of the Pebble Lake HOA’s governing documents.
Registration/Membership/ Waiver Release
The Village at Pebble Lake Townhouse Owners’ Association makes no representations or warranties as to the condition of the swimming pool, hot tub, sauna, pool equipment, furniture, tables, chairs, and surrounding deck. Member agrees to use the Pool and Pool Area, and all associated facilities AS IS. Entry and use constitute an acknowledgment by the member that the premises, facilities, and equipment are safe and reasonably suited for participation.
Registration for the use of the pool is required in advance.
A copy of the Membership/Waiver must be completed, signed, and returned to president.board@pebblelakehoa.com and before using the pool facility. Being in the pool area without a waiver may result in the member/guest being asked to leave the pool and result in revoking of pool privileges for the season. If you fail to register prior to the pool opening, you must contact Kirsten@acswest.org to register for pool usage. The waiver is included in this packet or on the website at pebblelakehoa.com.
Members who complete and return their registration form will be given one key per residence. Please do not give or lend your key to others. There will be a $25 fee to replace keys. Lending your key to others will result in your privileges and theirs being revoke for the remainder of the season.
Pool Usage and Entrance

- The amenities are for use by members and their invited guests only. All guests MUST be accompanied by a member for the duration of their stay and their use of the amenities. The member may only have a limit of 2 Guest at the pool. The pool will only be available for Guest use from 7 am to 11 pm
- Members MUST have a Membership/Waiver on file with the Pebble Lake Pool Committee before using the pool facilities.
- As members return their registration forms, keys to the pool gate will be made for them. Keys will be available for pick-up at the pool gate on Opening Day, May 25 th, from 11- 2 PM for those who return their forms by Wednesday, May 22. There will be a three-business day waiting period from the date the board receives the complete, signed, form, for those who return their forms after May 22.
- Additional schedule key pick-up dates will be posted on the pool gate.
- Parents must supervise their children and are responsible for their behavior and safety.
- Children under the age of 13 must be supervised by an adult or a guardian at least 16 years of age.
Renters
Renters must produce written confirmation that the member-owner has transferred his/her membership from owner to renter and sign acknowledgment of the Rules and Regulations. This written confirmation must accompany the Renter’s Waiver.
General Pool Policies
- The Village at Pebble Lake pool is a SWIM/USE AT YOUR OWN RISK POOL, SAUNA(closed for the season), and HOT TUB and surrounding facilities. There are no lifeguards on duty at the pool.
- The Village at Pebble Lake HOA is not responsible for the personal property of members, dependents, or guests, which is left, lost, damaged, or stolen on Pebble Lake property.
- This pool is for Village at Pebble Lake owners and their accompanied guests. All registered owners should have their own key to the pool gate. Please do not open the locked gate for anyone. Owners and renters must register with the Board before requesting a key to the pool gate and must register each year.
- All pool users must read and comply with the pool, hot tub, and sauna rules which are posted inside the gated area, and the Rules and regulations that were signed.
- Children under the age of 13 must be supervised by an adult or a guardian at least 16 years of age.
- Disposable diapers are not permitted. Swim diapers or cloth diapers with plastic pant covers are permitted.
- Swimmers wearing “water wings” or other floatation devices must have an adult in the water within an arm’s reach at all times.
- Swimmers may play with soft sponge-like balls and toys. Toys made of hard plastic or other hard materials may not be used in the pool area.
- Private parties are not permitted at the pool, and the pool may not be reserved for private parties.
- Each household may bring guests to the pool. Members are responsible for accompanying their guests for the duration of their stay and for ensuring their guests follow all pool rules. (limit of 2 guest per household.)
- Houseguests, up to a limit of two, will be permitted use of the pool not to exceed four weeks. Homeowners should submit the names of any house guests to the Pool Committee and include the period of their visit. The homeowner need not accompany house guests while at the pool. Houseguests may not bring their own guests to the pool.
- Members with an open cut or a communicable disease should not use the pool.
- Please refrain from using floats when the pool is crowded. Noodles are permitted at all times.
- Eating and drinking must be done away from the pool or hot tub perimeter, and trash must be deposited in trash cans.
- All individuals must clear the pool and pool deck in the event of thunder, lightning, or severe weather.
- Please be considerate of other pool patrons. Excessive jumping or splashing, loud talking or playing loud music, or using floats when the pool is crowded is discourteous to others. All patrons are entitled to a peaceful and relaxing time at the pool.
- Outside access to restroom facilities is available to pool users. (If appropriate volunteers are obtained and as long as the restrooms are not reserved for an event). If Restrooms are vandalized, trashed, or misused in any way they will be closed for the season. No Volunteers =No Restrooms
- When leaving the pool area, please ensure the deck furniture has been returned to its original location, and all trash has been deposited in trash containers, and all personal belongings have been removed. Do not leave items at the pool.
- Pets are not allowed in the pool area, with the exception of Certified Service Animals.
- NO GLASS containers of any kind are allowed in the pool area. Broken glass will cause the pool to have to close.
- Do not “hold” the gate, lend your key, or otherwise allow admittance to others that do not have a key.
- Do not climb the fence or access the pool in any other way then through the gate. Anyone caught climbing the fence will immediately have all the pool privilages revoked for the remainder of the season.
- New pool hours. The pool is reserved for owners only 11 pm to 7 am. No guest allowed after the hours of 11 PM and before 7 AM.
Pool privileges may be suspended when the HOA assessments are past due or there is any continuing violation of the rules and regulations, bylaws, or any governing document, including Pool policies and rules.
Sauna Rules **CLOSED FOR THE SEASON
- Use the Sauna at your own risk
- Children ages 16 and under are not permitted in the sauna.
- Pregnant women and persons suffering from heart disease, diabetes, high or low blood pressure, circulatory or respiratory problems, seizures, or epilepsy should not enter the sauna without prior medical consultation.
- Do not use the sauna while under the influence of any type of alcohol, drugs, anticoagulants, antihistamines, vasoconstrictors, vasodilators, stimulants, hypnotics, narcotics or tranquilizers.
- Clean swim attire must be worn and participants are required to bring a towel to sit on when using the sauna.
- Remove all metal jewelry prior to entering the sauna.
- The surface of the rocks, heater, and surrounding area can be extremely hot. Exercise caution.
- Prolonged use of sauna is not recommended due to fatiguing effects. Limit yourself to a maximum of 15 minutes.
- Do not smoke, exercise, eat or drink beverages in the sauna room.
- Leave the sauna immediately if you experience any nausea, dizziness, hot flashes, cold chills, headaches, or other discomforts.
- Drink plenty of fluids before and after leaving the sauna.
- Use of chlorinated pool or spa water and oil on heating rocks is prohibited in a wet sauna.
- This sauna is a dry sauna. Please do not pour water on the electric coals.
- Do not use the sauna to dry clothes, swimsuits, or towels or place materials near the heater or guard fence.
Hot Tub Rules
- Use the hot tub at your own risk
- Use with caution if pregnant or under medical care
- No Children under 13 years of age
- Swimsuits only
- Do not submerge your head underwater.
- The maximum time allowed is 15 minutes.
- Please ensure the hot tub timer is turned off when not in use
The pool and related facilities are for your use. Please take care of them. We do not like having to increase dues because we have to do extra trash pickup, cleaning, or replacing broken and damaged items from misuse. This is your community if you see something, let’s be neighborly and remind your neighbor.
CLUBHOUSE
Our community includes a lovely, spacious clubhouse which is available to residents for a fee. The facility includes a partial kitchen with running water, refrigerator, microwave, and toaster oven. The clubhouse can only be reserved by property owners and there is a refundable reservation deposit, as well as either a cleaning fee, or an agreement for cleaning.
